Terms & Condition

Prices and Taxes: All room rates are quoted in US Dollars andare subject to taxes and fees.  Taxes and fees are subject to changewithout notice based on local regulations. Please note that a depositwill be held that is equal to one night's accommodation fee upon booking yourstay. For the most accurate pricing, please visit our website. Additionalcharges may apply for extra services requested by the guest.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
 Upon check-in, a valid credit card andgovernment issued photo ID are required. Payment for your stay will beprocessed at check-in. Cash payments are accepted, but a valid creditcard must still be provided for incidentals. By providing your creditcard information at check-in, you authorize the hotel to charge your card forany outstanding balances, damages, or incidentals incurred during yourstay. If you wish to pay with a different method or have any questionsabout payment and terms policy, please contact us for more assistance. 
Age Requirements:
 Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in tothe hotel. Any guests under the ages of 18 must be accompanied by aparent or guardian. Valid government -issued photo identification isrequired for all guests at check in.  Please note that our Hoteldoes not provide additional beds or cribs for children. If you requireaccommodations for young children, please contact us for alternative options orrecommendations.

Accessibility or Special Needs: 
We are committed to ensuring that all guests havea comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you have any special needs orrequire accessibility accommodations, please let us know ahead of time, we willdo our best to accommodate whatever needs you may require, however, please knowthat our property may have limitations with providing full accessibility. 

Parking:
 One free parking spot is available for eachroom booked. 
Hotel Events: 
If you are looking for a facility to host your special event,we will gladly rent out our entire facility for your special occasion uponavailability; prices and terms to be determined.

Dispute Resolution/Issues:
 We strive to provide exceptional service toall our guests. However, if you encounter any issues during your stay,please bring them to our attention immediately so we can address thempromptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed toresolving any concerns you may have. 

Use of Personal Information: 
We take your privacy seriously and are committed toprotecting your personal information. By providing your information tous, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personalinformation for the purposes of processing your reservation, providing you withservices during your stay, and for other purposes outlined in our privacypolicy.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer yourpersonal information to third parties without your consent, except as requiredby law or as necessary to provide you with the services you haverequested. If you have any questions or concerns about how we use yourpersonal information, please contact us directly. 


Liability: 
The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft ofcash, jewelry, or valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.Guests are advised to use the in-room safe, or safety deposit box provided atthe front desk for storing valuables.

The hotel is not liable for any injuries,accidents, or damages that occur on the hotel premises, including but notlimited to the pool area. Guests are advised to exercise caution andfollow all posted rules and regulations. 

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service toanyone for any reason. Guests are expected to comply with all hotelpolicies and guidelines during their stay. By staying at our hotel, youagree to release and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and employees fromany claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your stay.


Force Majeure: 
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay inperforming its obligations under the agreement if such failure or delay is dueto causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts ofGod, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, protests, governmentaction, labor disputes, supplier failures and any public healthoutbreaks. In the event of a force majeure event, the hotel may, at itsdiscretion, either cancel the reservation without penalty or offer alternativedates for the reservation. The hotel shall not be liable for anyadditional costs or damage incurred as a result of the force majeure event. 

Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance toprotect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.


Third Party Rights: 
Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest rooms anduse hotel facilities. For security and safety reasons, visitors mustregister at the front desk and may be required to provide identification. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors and must ensure thatthey comply with all hotel policies and guidelines. The hotel reservesthe right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who does not comply with thesepolicies. Visitors are not allowed to use the hotel amenities, includingbut not limited to the pool, unless accompanied by a registered guest. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs tovisitors on the hotel premises. 


Hotel Rules
: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly askyou to observe the following hotel rules: 

1. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area, oroutdoor area. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowedanywhere beyond both the entrance and parking gates of the hotel.
2. Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises,with the exception of service animals.
3. Quiet hours are observed from [10:00 pm to 7:00am]. Please be considerate of other guests during this time.
4. The use of illegal drugs or substances isprohibited.
5. Please do not feed or approach any wildlife onhotel grounds, including monkeys, birds, iguanas, or any other animals.
6. Guests are responsible for any damages to hotelproperty during their stay.
7. The hotel is not responsible for any lost orstolen items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
8. Please respect the privacy and comfort of otherguests and staff.
